I had a lovely and quiet stay at Europa Grand Resort for six nights. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and my room was large, clean, and quite comfortable. However, the beach wasn't very clean, which is common in Vlore, and the restaurant at the hotel was closed, making dining a bit of a challenge.
